Nesta Consulting Engineers has worked with estate agents and property purchasers providing inspection and reporting services through stages of property purchase.  Working throughout London, Nesta Consulting Engineers have built-up experience of many building forms and is particularly experienced where buildings are listed to Grade I and II*.
Although there being no restriction on the type of property inspected by Nesta Consulting Engineers, the Graded properties require a very careful eye to period features and their likely maintenance needs.  Nesta Consulting Engineers are experienced at inspecting and reporting on the structural engineering aspects of such properties, and employ trusted partners where other engineering disciplines may be required for a wider scoped reporting need for the property.
